Leader changed hands, Betti now takes the lead...
 The leader has been changed at the arrival of the fifth special stage, the Darlık A2 in Istanbul Rally, the second leg of Europe Rally Championship which is also the first leg of the Turkish Rally Championship. The best time was made by the Turkish driver Yağız Avcı while Solowow lost 22 seconds. Because of the problems for Solowow, Peugeot Super 2000 driver.. Luca Betti took over the lead.

Because of this system which was made possible by the “aCar ATS”, the İstanbul Rally is being able to display an organization for the WRC standarts.

Avrupa Ralli Şampiyonası’nın ikinci ayağı, Türkiye Ralli Şampiyonası’nın da ilk ayağı 38. İstanbul Rallisi’nde 5’inci özel etap olan Darlık A2’ye gelindiğinde liderlik el değiştirtirdi. Solowow’un 22 saniye kaybettiği bu etapta best time 2008 Türkiye Ralli Şampiyonası Gençler Şampiyonu Yağız Avcı’nın oldu. Peugeot 207 Super 2000 pilotu Solowow’un problem yaşamasıyla genel klasmanda diğer bir Peugeot Super 2000 pilotu Luca Betti liderliği devraldı.
İstanbul Rallisi’ni www.istanbulrally.org ‘dan canlı olarak da takip edebiliyor.
